Spryjinx is a game that combines an old atari 2600 game called 'quick step' and Q-bert. The object of the game is to score more points then your opponent which can be the computer or another person. You score points for platforms that are your color when they are destroyed by reaching the bottom of the screen. You turn a platform your color by being the last one to jump off of it. The amount of points a platform is worth is displayed on the platform. The other way to win is to kill your opponent by getting him/her stuck on the bottom row when it is destroyed.

There are things you can pick up along the way to aid you in winning. The things are paint buckets, lightning bolts, glue bottles, bombs, and magnets. You can choose from different boards, difficulty of the computer player, sound, and number of players. There is also a level editor for designing your own boards. This freeware game requires a 486 DX or faster PC, and at least 8 megs of RAM as well as quick reflexes and quick thinking. All in all a fun and challenging game.
