The Real Deal is a collection of card games. In the shareware version you get Hearts, Whist, and 31 that you can play against intermediate computer opponents. You cannot change the rules for the games in the shareware version. The graphics and sounds are great. The characters (computer players are comical with their chat (text boxes in shareware version). The only options you have are animation, messages, auto mouse and movement.

You have to register this program to be able to play Crazy 8, Spades, Auction Pitch, Cribbage, Euchre, Oh Hell, and Pinochle. Registering also gives you 12 more computer players, modem/network support to play against other humans, more graphics, sounds, and music, choice of display size, ability to change colors, card backs to choose from and character voices.
