The installation of Angel's Vox is easy and intuitive, you can
place the program files where you want them.
Well the only bad news is that the Help system is non-existent. But you really
don't need it. If you really-really need Help there is a
Support Forum.
My real reaction to Angel's Vox is, finally great software for listening to
audiobooks! It is well thought out and does all the things that you can really
want in an audiobook player. The things that I really like are it's ability to
"bookmark". Here is the deal, done listening and want to do something else? Well
what I used to do using Winamp was to write down on a scrap of paper where I was
and then have to find that when I wanted to resume playback. Now? I just exit
Angel's Vox. and presto when I turn it back on I'm right back where I left off.
I also really like the big play and pause buttons.
Another thing to really like is that you automatically create a "library" as you
add folders containing the audiobooks that you read. The real advantage I find
with this is that when I'm listening to more than one audiobook at a time
Angel's Vox's library automatically bookmarks my place in each one. No more
scraps of paper!
